Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Other - Other Issues
When attempting to correct a Work Confirmation (WC),
the following message is received.
ERROR
-----------------------
All Pay Items in the current work confirmation are either cancelled, closed or not approved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a complex PO with 2 lines
2. Create a WC
3. Partially receive against PO line 1
4. Cancel the outstanding PO line 1
5. Attempt to correct the WC and encounter the reported error
