Getting Error "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException" On View Only Service Request Page

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

After applying Patch 27079304:R12.CSZ.C when attempting to view service requests the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Customer Support Specialist --> Queued Work Selection
Navigate to Update Service Request page by searching any SR.
Select 'Search For Similar' from actions dropdown.
Give search criteria and click on 'Go'
