Per the user guide, when using Lot Optional and Delayed Lot Entry, lot information does not have to be entered when the sample is created, but it does have to be entered before the disposition can be changed to Accept. This is also how the Change Disposition screen works if you try to manually change a sample from Complete to Accept - you get an error that with Delayed Lot Entry you have to enter the lot before changing to Accept.

However, when the workflow business event, oracle.apps.gmd.qm.sample.disposition, is enabled, as soon as you enter results that are in spec, the sample disposition goes straight to Accept, even though no lot information was entered. This is inconsistent with how the system works when manually changing from Complete to Accept.

Expect the system to work the same when using the workflow as when changing disposition manually. Presumably the workflow should error or something.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, samples are going to Accept without any lot information in them.
