Symptoms

Getting error when define Asset Categories for an asset book

APP-OFA-48289: Unknown error. Please contact your system administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Oracle Asset Responsibility, (M) Setup>Asset System>Asset Categories
1. Place form in Query Mode via F11 and enter Category, execute via Ctrl+F11 OR Define New
2. Place cursor in Book field and add record Using the Red + for row insert
3.  Attempt to add the Book
