AX Upgrade- Upgraded receipts and transactions missing XLA information (older than 5 years) (Doc ID 2339251.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
After migration from AX to R12, XLA data is missing for upgraded transactions and receipts older than 5 years.
The data is populated only in XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES table.
The rest of the tables XLA_EVENTS, XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_AE_LINES and XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS are blank.
