When running PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project process, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Not ready for distribution task exists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. On a contract project, enter a pre-approved expenditure batch;
2. Submit and release batch;
3. Distribute costs and generate revenue;
4. Run PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project and see in the output file, the error "Not ready for distribution task exists."
