Payment Details Are Not Visible For Pending Close Claims When Settled Using Custom Settlement Method

On : 12.2.3 version, Claim Settlement
While using custom settlement method, users populate settlement docs table in Pending Close status. In 12.1.3, these Payment details were visible in Pending Close status but only visible in Closed status in 12.2.6.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Settle claim using Custom Settlement Process.
2. Populate Settlement docs when the claim is in Pending Close status
3. Note that payment details are not visible in settlement tab
