ARAMECM workflow fails to create Credit Memo without any proper error message.

Since upgrading from 12.2.5. to 12.2.6 customer experiencing the same issue described in MOS Doc ID 2199177.1 and Bug 22960992
It is time consuming to create credits using the dispute process and there is no reason given

The following error(s) occurred when attempting to create
a credit memo for XXXX.

Default: Please request manual credit memo entry or fix
the problem and resubmit.


Due to this issue, users cannot create credit memos using the dispute process.
