After Upgrading to 12.2.6, Unable to Cancel the Purchase Order in Buyer Work Center with Null Point Exception Error (Doc ID 2339607.1)

Symptoms

After application upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, unable to cancel the purchase order in Buyer Work Center with following error.
The error is occurring only on OAF(Buyer Work Center), in core form we can cancel PO without error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Super User responsibility: Buyer Work Center
2. Query the Open Orders
3. Select Cancel Order
4. Enter the reason and note to supplier
5. Apply
