Find that when rebooking a lease contract and extending the usage line, the OKL contract is extended but the OKS contract for usage does not get extended

Expect the OKS contract to get extended as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Book a contract with 12 periods with usage line as well for 12 periods
2) Rebook the contract to extend the contract base term from 12 to 18 periods
3) Activate the contract.
4) OKL contract extended for 18 months but OKS contract for usage did not extend but stayed at 12 periods only.
