Online W2 Errors With W-2 Not Available Due To Invalid Setup (Doc ID 2339869.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 HRMS RUP 8 version

When attempting to view the Online W2, it is observed that previous years are not available and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

W-2 not available due to invalid setup. Contact your payroll representative for further questions (Error Message: Error: 2678 Filer (Your GRE Name), for year 2015 is not archived


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configured the common pay remuneration (2678 filer) effective April 2017
2. Attempt to view the Online W2
3. Observe the error
