Overriding Hours Type to Sick or Vacation Deletes the Detail Records for the Entire Pay Period (Doc ID 2339881.1)

After applying <Patch 26813399>, find that when you query a  timecard in OTL Time Accounting > Time Accounting > Entry/Validation/Approval window and make a change to Hours Type to Sick Used/Vacation  for any day in that pay period and save the changes it deletes the detail records for the entire pay period.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply <Patch 26813399>
2. Try to update timecard that is auto generated
3. Details are deleted
