After Patch 26813399 and Change Hours Type to Sick Used/Vacation it Deletes the Detail Records for the Entire Pay Period

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP10 version, Oracle Time and Labor Rules


After applying Patch#26813399 and When query  timecard in OTM and make a change to Hours Type to Sick Used/Vacation Used for a day in that pay period and save the changes it deletes the detail records for the entire pay period

Details should not be deleted

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Patch#26813399
2. try to update timecard that is auto generated
3. details are deleted
