Symptoms
On 12.2.6 version, User Interface (UI)
Actual Behavior
UMX shows duplicates in Proxy Delegation Policies for seeded rules where all users are displayed twice in the Proxy Delegation Policies where a query in the database shows a single row.
Expected Behavior
Users in the Proxy Delegation Policies should be displayed once.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users in the Proxy Delegation Policies are displayed twice.
