R12: WebADI Not Validating DFF Correctly When Enabled At Journal Line Level With "Synchronize With Reference Field" Checked. (Doc ID 2340382.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

DFF enabled at account level.
When entering journals from front end form, form validated correctly and allowing to select DFF values only for accounts for which DFF is enabled and greyed out for others (when Synchronize with reference field is checked)

When entering journals from WEBADI, validation not happening correctly and allowing to select DFF values for all the accounts even the DFF is not enabled (when Synchronize with reference field is checked).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

DFF fields should not be enabled for non DFF enabled accounts (when Synchronize with reference field is checked)

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to GL responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments
3. Query for DFF "Enter Journals: Lines"
4. Define DFF for any account value and use reference fields "Account NUM"(say 1110)
5. Check "Syncronize with reference fields"
6. Save and navigate to Journals > Enter
7. Enter a journal with lines having account 1110 and check the DFF values, this is allo
Add another line with account other than 1110 and check for DFF, this will be greyed as it is not enabled.
8. Close and navigate to Journals > Launch journal Wizard
9. Download spread sheet for integrator "Journals Actual - Single"
10. Enter a journal with lines having account 1110 and check the DFF values, this is allo
Add another line with account other than 1110 and check for DFF, this will allow to select the DFF even if the DFF is not enabled
