Updating the Charge Account in the Billing Page is not Saving the New Charge Account - Charge Account Changes are not Saved (Doc ID 2340480.1)

Symptoms

Using iProcurement, Version 12.2.4 through 12.2.6


Actual:
Updating the charge account in the billing section is not saving the account combination upon saving.
It reverts back to original value and should save.

Expected:
Changing an account segment in the iprocurement distribution charge account should save properly.

Error:
None


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the checkout - billing - adjust the charge account.
2. Change balancing segment or some segment
3. Return and proceed to checkout
4. Find the changes were not saved.
