Updating the Charge Account in the Billing Page is not Saving the New Charge Account - Charge Account Changes are not Saved

Using iProcurement, Version 12.2.4 through 12.2.6

Updating the charge account in the billing section is not saving the account combination upon saving.
It reverts back to original value and should save.

Changing an account segment in the iprocurement distribution charge account should save properly.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the checkout - billing - adjust the charge account.
2. Change balancing segment or some segment
3. Return and proceed to checkout
4. Find the changes were not saved.
