Unable To Edit The Contact In Service Request Form While Creating The Service Request (Doc ID 2340505.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Service Request Form

During a new service request creation, when attempting to edit a contact in the Service Request form header, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Either a Raw Phone Number or Area Code and Phone Number should be passed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Create Service Request form user is starting the creation of a new service request
2. Organization is entered in the SR header
3. Then user clicks in Create Contact button. The Create Contact window pop-up
4. In the Create Contact window user enters First, Middle and Last name, relation, phone number, contact method Type, Address Usage, Country and Address
5. Save and the application returns message indicating that a relationship party has been created
6. Back in the Create Service Request form, the user clicks on Edit Contact button for the newly created contact. The Edit Contact window pop-up
7. In the Edit Contact window user re-enters the phone number using:
  Country: ##
  In the Area Code field user enters a number
  In the phone number field no value is entered
8. When try to save the following message is displayed:

Either a Raw Phone Number or Area Code and Phone Number should be passed.

9. After click OK button, the following message is displayed:

100501: non-ORACLE exception
