Error on Account Hierarchy Manager when accessing it during same session
The user is receiving errors if tries to re-open Account Hierarchy during the same session.
It might have a JAVA conflict as if you close Account Hierarchy Manager, you will need to log out and close all browsers before going back into Account Hierarchy Manager.
