Can Not Get the Insured Flag as of the Payment End Date for Each Month’s Salary After Applying 26593806 (Doc ID 2340795.1)

If the Insured flag has been changed in the middle of the salary month,
the Insured flag in the Geppen is not able to be returned  based on the payment end date of each payroll month.


Insured flag  in the Geppen should be returned based on the payment end date of each payroll month.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The Target Month of geppen of the following step is NOV-2017.

  1. For changing the Insured flag from General to Short time worker (<3/4) , check the check box "Short Time Worker (< 3/4)”  in the middle of the salary month as of 2017/08/15
      (N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> Assignment(B) -> SI, Income Tax(B) -> SI General(T)
  2.  Run Payroll Run (Salary) in AUG, SEP and OCT
  3.  Run Payroll Run (Geppen)  in NOV
  4.  Run Payroll Report (For Si FD Report - Notification of Geppen.)
     There is the following output in this report.
    [Remarks] Short Time Worker General 8month Short Time Worker 9,10month
