Error on Billing Form While Trying to View Billing Streams: FRM-41050: You cannot update this record (Doc ID 2340880.1)

Error while viewing Billing stream for an Active Service contract
This error comes on repeatedly until you click ok several times to reach the last of the billing stream record.

FRM-41050: You cannot update this record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an active contract (without opening for update)
2. Go to Lines -> Billing form and View contract billing schedules
3. Now click on Stream level or try to scroll down, you get this error. The error is repeated until you reach till last of billing stream level
