BI Publisher Bar Chart Generating 0 Instead Of Null (Doc ID 2340988.1)

Symptoms

BI Publisher 12.2.1.3

1. When RTF template Bar Chart XML data values are 0.0 they generate as null in the Chart output from the BIP Desktop 12.2.1.0.0.

2. But from the 12.2.1.3.0 BI Publisher server they generate as 0 in the Bar Chart.
