How To Identify Service Request Types That Don't Have A Business Process Associated To Them?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Active Service Request Types should have a corresponding Business Process associated to it.
Trying to use an active Service Request Type that is not associated with Business Process could cause errors likes the one described in Note:2018421.1 - "TeleService Error: FRM-40735 WHEN-CREATE-RECORD ORA-01403 When Opening Service Request Form".
Or you can receive message "This service request type is not associated with a business process. You must specify a business process in the Service Request Types setup window."
Also, Business Processes are required for Service Request SLA (calculate Respond By , Resolve By, etc.) and for Charges.
