Customer Invoice to address is not staying on the pricing agreement form

Pricing agreement form has three tabs - agreement, pricing and payment.
For a particular customer the invoice to address is not staying on the payment tab. We are able enter the invoice to address and save the record. But when we re-query the agreement, the invoice to address is missing on the payment tab of pricing agreements form.
OM Super User > Pricing > Pricing Agreement > Payment tab
This issue is not happening for all customers but for a few customers.
