Issue with Date Format on the Solicitation Pdf

Symptoms

On Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) 12.2.4 after applying patch 26912205, Date printed on Solicitation PDF is showing in the incorrect format (ex. 2017-11-14)

Date should be in the correct format (ex. 11/03/2017)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Solicitation PDF
2. View the Offer Due Date
3. Can see the format is incorrect


Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct time format on the solicitation PDF
