Is It Possible To Download All Install Base Data To the MFS MultiPlatform Application? (Doc ID 2341132.1)

Technicians would like to have all Install base data on the MFS app.  When creating new SRs they would like the ability to enter an SR for all customers and enter any serial number or Instance in the SR.
