Wrong quantity shows on a miscellaneous issue of quantity 1 PC but it shows as 5,476,945 PC in the primary quantity.

QUANTITY
Item: ABC
Subinventory: FGI
Correct quantity: 1 PC
Incorrect Primary Quantity: 5,476,945 PC

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect 1 PC as the quantity.

STEPS
1. A Miscellaneous was performed with quantity "1"
2. The system shows 1 PC but then 5,476,945 PC.
* Not sure how user entered the wrong data or how system accepted.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Production issue.
Increases amount costed when really just 1 but costs 5 million..
Impacts quantity onhand where just have 1 onhand but adds 5 million.
