Goal

We are looking for an Oracle Public or Private API to Insert data into Oracle Quality Import View and Results view.

We are trying to build an Front end for users to enter out of oracle and then import into oracle through Public or Private API in to Oracle Quality Import Views.

API to Insert into Q_offer_IV for plan named "Offer" .
API Insert into Q_offer_V for plan named "Offer".

Also we would like to know whether there is an API which can be invoke a specific action assigned to an element in the Plan.
