Symptoms

A prepayment invoice transaction is created with TAX and Automatic Withholding Tax (AWT) and applied to an invoice with the same taxes. The prepayment is does not apply correctly and the item and tax lines are not
balanced. The invoice appears as paid but the prepayment is still available for application.
