Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After completing the debrief, charge lines are not getting created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Charge line should create after completing the debrief.

STEPS
1. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Reques and Task. click 'Debrief' to open the Debrief html page.
2. Enter the material debrief details and save and change the status to submit and complete the debrief
3. Debrief posting program completed with error but no error text populated.
4. Again try to complete the debrief and this time program completed successfully but still no change lines are created.
