For a back-ordered item, ship method cascading does not occur on star item line

Two issues reported for a back ordered ATO Item

Case 1: On a backordered line in sales order, when ship method is removed from top line and saved , it doesn't get removed from child lines . User has to manually remove from all lines.

Case 2:On a backordered sales order line where there is no ship method, if ship method is entered on top line and saved, it does not get copied on all the child lines. User has to manually enter on all the lines.

Changes in ship method to parent line must be cascaded to all the child lines for the back-ordered lines also

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

step 1: Create sales order with configurable and ship-able line, book the order.

step 2 ship partial quantity of line 1 , and rest of quantity gets back ordered.

step 3: For back ordered line ( 2.1), if we remove ship method , it is not getting removed from all the child lines and star item line. Also, if we add the ship set after removing ship method and then save it , ship method is not getting populated on star item line.
