Getting 'FRM-41050: You Cannot Update This Record' Error When Clicking the Price Break Button

When attempting to access the Price Breaks form on a Usage Line on a Service Contract, the following error occurs.
FRM-41050: You cannot update this record.
1. Open a Service Contract in Active or Entered status.
2. Navigate to the Lines > Pricing/Products tab.
3. Select a Usage line.
4. Click on the "Price Break..." button and the error occurs.
5. Clicking OK on the error opens the Price Break form.
