FRM-41050: You Cannot Update This Record When Clicking The Price Break Button

When attempting to access the Price Breaks form on a Usage Line on a Service Contract, the following error occurs.

FRM-41050: You cannot update this record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Service Contract in Active or Entered status.
2. Navigate to the Lines > Pricing/Products tab.
3. Select a Usage line.
4. Click on the "Price Break..." button and the error occurs.
5. Clicking OK on the error opens the Price Break form.

Due to this issue users must click through a non blocking error when accessing the Price Breaks of a Usage line.
