Customer Merge Program Completed Error (Doc ID 2341697.1)

Goal

There is one particular Account (i.e. 123) that should be moved from Customer Number 185.

When trying the Account Merge program, it fails with the following error referencing Service objects:

CS.CS_SR_ACCOUNT_MERGE_PKG.MERGE_CUST_ACCOUNTS
   Updating table CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B
   Can Not Merge Cust Accounts owned by different parties.
   Please run Party Merge first and then run Customer Merge.
