ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
NI not calculating correctly for employee made a director part way through year

Employee has been made a director for NI purposes effective from 01 Aug 2017 and payroll have used ‘Director Pro Rate’ as the type.
Director Pro Rate: If the employee is appointed a Director partway through the year, the calculation frequency is based on the annual bands prorated by the remaining weeks in the year. However, if the Director resigns partway through the year, the annual frequency remains. The proration is based on the date of appointment to director changed by datetracking on the Personal Details form.

However, the calculation seems to be taking into account the NICs from the period before the directorship was in place(calculations will be attached)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using UK HRMS Responsibility
2. From 01-AUG-2017 make the employee Director
3. Run Payroll for AUG-2017
4. Check SOE - NI is refunded.
