Not able to delete item in a specific organization using delete items functionality

Delete Group Error:
This item is a component in a Bill of Material (BOM_INVENTORY_COMPONENTS)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Inventory > Items > Delete items
2.Select specific organization in which item needs to be deleted
3.Enter Group Name and select type as item
4.Enter the specific item which needs to be deleted
5.Press Delete group button.
6.See the status as 'Error'
7.Press Errors button and see the below error message
