Template Deleted From Email Center Administrator Responsibility Is Not Reflecting In Other Places

When deleting the duplicate templates from Email Center Administrator Responsibility are not reflected in Email center message
component (In Knowledge Base > Categories)
Deleting the templates from Email Center Administrator Responsibility should reflect in Email center message component (In Knowledge Base > Categories) and all the corresponding places.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to apps
2. Navigate to (R) Email Center Administrator > Knowledge base > Documents > Editor > Browse > Resourcing Templates.
3. Count for Resourcing Templates are 23 (as duplicates were removed )
4. Navigate to (R) Email center message component > Knowledge Base > Categories > Resourcing Templates. The changes are not reflected and still showing the duplicate names.
While forwarding a email (go to right hand side , in EMC templates, click on any template and go to EMC Templates) still the count has not been reflected in-spite templates being deleted while from Email Center Administration
