Symptoms
In 12.2.5 creating territories for usage 'Oracle Order Management' error:
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
Steps to Reproduce
======
1. Responsibility - Territory Management
2. Navigate > Territory Administration > Territories > select operating unit > select usage = Oracle Order Management > enter territory name, description, rank, #of winners , Enter the ‘Start Date’ as a Future date. Example : 01/01/2018 , add matching attribute > click finish then error
