Unable To Scroll Through EBS Tables On Mobile Device (Doc ID 2342506.1)

Symptoms


If a table has more rows than the default which are displayed on the page, users  are unable to scroll through tables (e.g Favorites > Manage Favorites) on mobile device (ipad, Galaxy tablet, iphone, android).



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure EBS Favorites have enough records that it requires the user to scroll through the list.
(e.g Favorites > Manage Favorites)
2. From a Safari or Chrome browser, Login to the EBS Apps from a mobile device (ipad, Galaxy tablet, iphone, android).
 http(s)://host.domain:web_port/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp
3. Navigate Favorites > Manage Favorites
4. There is no scroll bar and you cannot scroll through the list of Favorites using your fingers to swipe.
