Symptoms

On Test: 11.5.10.2 version, Oracle Applications Tax Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Latin Tax amount calculated in Quoting is different from Tax amounts calculated on Sales Order once Quote was placed as an Order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Quoting Tax amount should be the same as tax amount of Sales Order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Quote in HTML UI

2. See Tax amount as follows

For ex.

Tax calculated on Quote:

COFINS - 7.6%
PIS - 1.65%
IPI - 10%
ICMS - 18%
ICMS-D-ST-EST-0 - 0%

3. Place an Order and see Below Tax amounts:

COFINS - 7.6%
PIS - 1.65%
IPI - 0%
ICMS - 18%
ICMS-C-0 ISENTO/NAO TRIB - 0%
ICMS-D-ST-NAC-0%
