ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Chinese language application form --- RCVRCERC / RCVTXERE / RCVTXERT / RCVRCVRC, find all column name disappear and display as blank. In English instance, system works as normal.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect both Chinese instance & English instance, RCVRCERC / RCVTXERE / RCVTXERT / RCVRCVRC form work as normal for all column name.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Chinese instance, navigate to receiving form -- RCVRCERC / RCVTXERE / RCVTXERT / RCVRCVRC
2. Find column name are all disappeared and display as blank.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter receiving transaction information correctly into columns on form RCVRCERC RCVTXERE RCVTXERT RCVRCVRC.
