Cancel Order in Fusion does not cancel in Order Management

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Transaction Entry

Cancelling order in Fusion does not cancel it in E Business (EBS).

 

ERROR
-----------------------
The connector to EBS call the apply hold had failed with error :

 <MESSAGE_TEXT>ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR: N, ROUTINE,
 MO_GLOBAL.VALIDATE_ORGID_PUB_API, N, ERRNO, -20001, N, REASON, ORA-20001: in
 Package OE_Order_PUB Procedure Process_Order


STEPS
-----------------------
 
The Steps performed were as below
1. Manual order Created in OMC. (OMC Order: 159175)
2. Order is interfaced to EBS (EBS Order: xxxxxxx)
3. OMC Order Status changes to `Submitted¿.
4. Cancel the Order at Header Level in OMC.
5. New Order Version is Created in OMC with below status
  a. Version 1, Header Status: Processing, Line Status: Submitted, Line
Quantity: 1
  b. Version 2, Header Status: `Cancellation Requested¿, Line Status:
Submitted, Line Quantity: 0

6. The Order is not Cancelled in EBS.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely EBS to cancel order.
