While trying to search for BPA (without release number) in Orders tab using 'Simple Search', in iSupplier Internal responsibility, the BPA number is showing
up in the list of values, but when selected, system shows the error mentioned. Users are able to perform the search by clicking on ‘Advanced Search’ without
any issues. The issue occurs only with the ‘Simple Search’ functionality.
PO Number - Select a valid value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In supplier Internal View, Orders tab.
2. Click on the Purchase Order LOV, and search for a BPA#.
3. Select only the BPA number and not the Order with releases.
4. Click Go and see that the search shows an error.
