ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding an End Date to a resource group member role, that resource is still showing in the Service Request form while creating a new service request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resource should not be available for selection in the Service Request form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Resource Manager, for an specific resource/group. end date a resource group member role
2. Go to Service Request form
3. Select a group
4. Open the Owner LOV and the resource is still available for selection
