Symptoms

Log in Oracle EBS application from iPad > Projects > open a project > scroll down > tab on Issues > customer is logged out, instead of showing the issue.

From a computer > log in Oracle EBS application with Project Super User responsibility > Search project > open Project > go to Control > Issues > on Views section can be seen one issue which can be opened.
