Wrong HRA Exemption (Doc ID 2344148.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect calculations considered by Retropay and Regular Pay run, due to which HRA exemption is calculated as 114 instead of 57.

The issue can be reproducible if the number of offset days in the payroll definition is set as 0 for public sector flag set as Yes.
