Information in this document applies to any platform.

Find that the Schedule Orders concurrent program does not trigger OE_ACKNOWLEDGMENT_PVT.PROCESS_ACKNOWLEDGMENT thus no POCAO/865 is generated.

Expect for the Schedule Orders concurrent program to populate the ACKs tables for POCAO/865 by calling OE_ACKNOWLEDGMENT_PVT.PROCESS_ACKNOWLEDGMENT.

Order Management Responsibility
1. Load PO with ATP items and Order Date Type is "SHIP"
2. Book the order
3. Extract 855
4. Adjust Supply Item Demand
5. Run the concurrent program "Schedule Orders" with Scheduling Mode "Re-Schedule with Request Date".
6. The sales order line schedule ship date and schedule arrival date were updated by the "Schedule Orders", but OE_ACKNOWLEDGMENT_PVT.PROCESS_ACKNOWLEDGMENT was not triggered and no POCAO/865 was generated.
