Getting Unexpected Error While Searching For NIR/Change Order In PDH

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view/search NIR and Change Order, as soon as "Search" button is clicked the following error occurs:
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for NIR or Change Order
