GST - Client Extension for Registration Number validation should have REGISTRATION_TYPE_CODE as parameter (Doc ID 2344493.1)

As per the current GST design, user can enter any value to the GSTN number field in party registration. But as per the govt rules the GSTN number will
be a alpha numeric value which will be having below format.

Validation on the GSTIN number : 15 digit alpha numeric
First two digits of 15 digits GSTIN represents State name of India.
The next 10 digits is alphanumeric numbers of PAN number of person or firm engaged in Business.
13th digit would be alpha-numeric (1-9 and then A-Z) and would be assigned depending on the number of registrations a legal entity (having the same PAN) has within one State 14th digit of GSTIN would be kept BLANK for future use.alphabet Z by default.
