Getting AP-PO-14160 Error Trying To Finally Close Purchase Order And Releases

Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Purchasing Processes
When attempting to finally close a release,
the following error occurs.

APP-PO-14160: Document action not completed successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Purchasing
2.Create a new Release from an existing or new BPA.
3. Query the release in Purchase Orders Summary > Go to Tools > Control > chose Finally Closed
4. Error occurs
