On : 12.2 Multi Platform MFS
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a new task in the MP application the task type LOV does not contain any values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to manually select a task type when creating a MFS task
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS.
2. create a new task.
3. cannot select the task type.
