Symptoms

When using Network Routing to support Fleet-aware Bulk Planning. The lowest cost planning solution is feasible with Network Routing but not correctly chose

When a Routing Constraint is applied to Order Releases requiring that the routing include the last location, then Network Routing -based planning results in the desired consolidation.
However this is not a solution for them because the business requirement requires the cross-docking decision to be dynamic rather than pre-determined, low-cost solution is feasible with Network Routing in our configuration but not correctly chosen.
