Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version,
Locks generated while working in invoices and Invoice Workbench is hanging when user click on Invoice voucher number.System get halted and mouse cursor keep busy.
The issue is gone after DBA kills the lock.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in EBS
2. Switch to Payable Responsibility
3. Go To The Path : Invoice -> Entry
4. Enter the Invoice Information, Then Click On Invoice Voucher Number

Due to this issue, users cannot go ahead to book the invoice
